This gorgeous condo is located on the 15th floor of a modern tower in the north of Jasper Ave. The design aimed to create an open spacious indoor living area with clean and simple modern touches to match the character of the tower. Based on the renovation limitations in residential towers, the design mainly focuses on surfaces including material, color, and texture, besides the interior decorations and furniture layout.

This beautiful cottage is a vacation spot for a family of 3, located at Garibaldi Drive, Black Tusk Village. Based on the owner’s preference, the interior design and decorations of this cottage are influenced by the traditional rural style of Caspian Sea borders in North of Iran. The design also respects the modern lifestyle of the current era to add more convenience for its residence.

This two-story house of 1217 SF is located on a 4343 SF lot at 73 Ave, Edmonton. Modern style with a contrast of light and dark colors was considered in both the facade design and the interior design of this house. Minimalist front yard landscape design was considered as a better match to the front facade design, and a spacious open space interior was the strong focus of the first-floor layout design.

This gorgeous two-story townhome is located at West Pender St., at the heart of Vancouver city. Its unique architectural design opened the door to more creative interior design. Based on the renovation limitations of the townhome, the interior design of the first level was mostly focused on the surfaces and decorative details, illustrating movement, and light within this level of the building.

Located in the Sepehr Sayee office and admin tower at the historical street of Vali Asr, this 40 currency exchange centre is designed based on the parametric style which has uniquely distinguished it from not only its surroundings but other centres of similar services in Tehran.

As one of the most modern Office and Admin buildings of Tehran, Persian Holding Co. is located in a land of 10770 SF and an overall area of 112K SF in 13 Levels. The Main Building entrance is located in the north, facing the historical street of Niavaran. A team of 7 architectural designers worked on this project, designing every detail of each floor with high delicacy to create a masterpiece of a new approach towards multi-style designs, harmonizing Iranian traditional and European classic style. The outcome was recognized as an award-winning project in the Municipality of Tehran.

The Interior Design process of Ava residential apartment contains two phases. The first phase includes the design of the living room, dining room, bedrooms, and the rest of the interior spaces, while the second phase covers the roof garden design of the apartment with a splendid 270-degree view towards the historical street of Niavaran at the west, and the glorious mountains of Alborz at north and east.

Mordad project is located in the beautiful street of Simaye Iran at north-western heights of Tehran. The luxurious classic European style was used in the design of this office and admin building, carried out comprehensively in the interior spaces and exterior facade, the detailed decorations, and also, the landscape design of the front yard.

With a breathtaking view of Gheytarieh Park, this residential complex is located at the Gheytarieh St. in the north of Tehran. Delightful natural lighting from southern and western openings and the east to the west alignment of building design maximizes the solar energy absorption, minimizing the building’s energy consumption. The use of local brick and stone, and also building’s harmony with the site, and the beautiful connection of building and landscape design led this project to be recognized as an award-winning project by the Municipality of Tehran.

This three-story villa was designed based on a rotational layer of flooring combined with the wall up to the roof. The ground floor consists of the pool, and barbecue, creating a great gathering space for the family. While the recreation room is located on the lower floor, the rest of the interior spaces, including the bedrooms, are on the second and third floor enjoying a magnificent view of Damavand City via north, east, and west.

Located at Piroozi St. in the central south of Tehran, this 30-year-old workshop was renovated to become an elegant Arabic restaurant. The design of this restaurant’s interior space was based on Morocco style. Every little detail and decoration of this renovated building is in harmony with the selected design style, creating an integrated design that resembles the taste of Arabic delights.

TakTa Project consists of three different spaces, designed separately, yet in direct connection with each other. Spaces included the factory’s workshop, office space, and employer’s resting area. Located in an industrial campus outside Karaj urban area, TakTa’s spectacular smooth design shows a delicate combination of form and function.
