With a breathtaking view of Gheytarieh Park, this residential complex is located at the Gheytarieh St. in the north of Tehran. Delightful natural lighting from southern and western openings and the east to the west alignment of building design maximizes the solar energy absorption, minimizing the building’s energy consumption. The use of local brick and stone, and also building’s harmony with the site, and the beautiful connection of building and landscape design led this project to be recognized as an award-winning project by the Municipality of Tehran.
